DO I NEED A PERFORMANCE LICENCE?

Yes, In the UK, you are required to have a PRS and PPL public performance license if you play music at your site. This allows you to play music in public ( one of the elements of copyright) and is based on venue size opening hours and capacity. You can request a licence here:

IS THE MUSIC YOU SUPPLY US COPYRIGHT COMPLIANT / LEGAL?

Yes – we are PRS and PPL licensed so that musicians and artist receive their royalties, fairly and squarely.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE?

Yes. you’ll have an account manager who will always be on hand for feedback, technical support, tweaks, and request.

HOW OFTEN WILL I GET NEW MUSIC?

We’ll update your music library on a regular basis in order to keep things fresh, and topped up with any relevant to music policy new releases. As standard, we review and update every quarter, where we get in touch to see how the music is working and update accordingly.

WHAT IF MY INTERNET GOES DOWN?

Our software is non-streaming and can be used both on or offline.

WILL I GET A CHRISTMAS PLAYLIST?

Yes – we provide seasonal playlists as part of your music hire charge. These are tailored for your venue – from traditional to party. You can choose to go with a  “Full Christmas” playlist or just nod to the season with a track or two scattered through your current music library. Or ignore it completely.

We also create Valentines and Halloween playlists that we’ll upload on request.

WHAT'S AN 8TRACK, ANYWAY?

An 8track was a magnetic tape sound-recording technology which offered 4 channels of brilliant sound. The original 8track player pre-dates cassettes and was mainly used in the late 60’s and 70’s. At the height of its popularity, it was used as home entertainment and was even fitted into Rolls Royce cars.
